SHIPPING & RETURNS
We currently ship to addresses in the United States and Canada.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number in the email address you provide at checkout once your item(s) have shipped. Your package will be shipped with USPS.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love our service as much as you love your craft. Every time you use our site we want to make you smile. If there's anything wrong with your order or you have changed your mind, simply contact us within 30 days and we will supply a free pre-paid return address label for you to use on non-pantry items. We are unable to take returns or refund pantry orders at this time. As soon as we have received your products in re-saleable condition, we will issue you a refund and let you know by email.
You may return new and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the goods only. We will not refund original shipping costs. Unfortunately we cannot refund yarn that has been wound into a ball, or partial yarn or color packs. Only full yarn skeins in their original form are returnable for refund. Please return products with appropriate packaging (the original, undamaged packaging is best) and the original delivery note - please let us know why you are returning the item. Please do keep your proof of shipment and tracking details just in case your package goes astray.
Faulty, defective or wrongly delivered goods will be fully refunded, including the original shipping costs. This is only as long as the fault is not due to misuse, use against the manufacturer's recommendations or reasonable wear and tear.
